Chapter III Members

Article 7 Types of members of the Association: unit members.

Article 8 Members who apply to join the Association must meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the constitution of the Association;

(2) have the intention to join the Council;

(3) having a certain scale of operation or characteristics and influence in the business, management, service and technology of the industry;

(4) Legally registered, complete licenses, standardized management of medicine, medical equipment and related enterprises and institutions, can apply to become a member of the Association.

Article 9 Membership Procedures:

(1) Submit an application for membership;

(2) After discussion and adoption by the Board of Directors;

(3) Membership card issued by the Board of Directors.

Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(1) the right to vote, to be elected, to remove and to vote of the Association;

(2) Attend the general meeting of members;

(3) To participate in learning, investigation, research and experience exchange activities organized by the association;

(4) the priority of obtaining the services of the Association;

(5) The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Association;

(6) Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.

Each member unit has one vote, and the member unit exercises the above rights through the member representative, who is generally the legal representative or responsible person of the member unit.

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by the articles of Association;

(2) Implement the resolutions of the Association;

(3) Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association, and consciously fulfill the association's statute;

(4) complete the work assigned by the Association;

(5) pay dues according to regulations;

(6) To report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information;

(7) Maintain and enhance solidarity and collaboration within the industry;

(8) Designate a special person responsible for contacting the Secretary General of the Association in order to facilitate daily work.

Article 12 Members shall notify the Association in writing of withdrawal and return the membership certificate.

Article 13 If a member commits the following serious violations of the Association's articles of association, the board of directors shall vote to remove the member:

(1) Failing to pay membership dues or participate in association activities for one year;

(2) failure to perform the obligations of membership stipulated in the Articles of Association;

(3) Conduct that damages the reputation of the Association or violates the purpose of the Association.
