Articles of association of Weihai Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry

Chapter III Members

Article 7 Types of members of the Association: unit members.

Article 8 Members who apply to join the Association must meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the constitution of the Association;

(2) have the intention to join the Council;

(3) having a certain scale of operation or characteristics and influence in the business, management, service and technology of the industry;

(4) Legally registered, complete licenses, standardized management of medicine, medical equipment and related enterprises and institutions, can apply to become a member of the Association.

Article 9 Membership Procedures:

(1) Submit an application for membership and a registration form;

(2) After discussion and adoption by the Board of Directors;

(3) authorized by the Council, the permanent office of the Association to issue a membership certificate.

Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(1) The right to vote, the right to be elected and the right to vote;

(2) The right to participate in the activities of the Association, the right to criticize and propose the work of the Association and the right to supervise;

(3) to obtain the priority of the Association's services, to obtain the association's information materials, publications, etc., and to participate in the association's training and exchange activities;

(4) the right to propose protection against damage to their lawful rights and interests;

(5) Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by the articles of Association and implement the resolutions of the Association;

(2) Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association;

(3) to complete the work entrusted by the Council;

(4) to report the situation to the Council and provide relevant information;

(5) To maintain unity and cooperation between member units.

Article 12 Members shall notify the Association in writing of withdrawal and return the membership certificate. If a member fails to fulfill his obligations for two consecutive years, he shall be deemed to have withdrawn automatically.

Article 13 If a member has seriously violated the articles of Association, the board of Directors shall vote to remove the member.
