Announcement of the General Administration on the Release of the Classification Catalogue of Medical Devices (No. 104 of 2017)

In order to implement the requirements of the "Medical Device Supervision and Administration Regulations" and the "Opinions of the State Council on Reforming the Review and Approval System for Drugs and Medical Devices" (Guofa [2015] No. 44), the State Food and Drug Administration has organized the revision of the "Medical Device Classification Catalog", which is now published and will take effect on August 1, 2018.

This is hereby announced.
